Alan L. Greenberg is a product of New York City with an attitude to
match. He was a senior official with the U.S. General Services Administration. After retiring, he was eager
to write about his exciting and often unusual work experiences. During his career he had hands-on responsibility
for some of the largest and most controversial federal construction projects in the country.
